Product(s) sold are not exchangeable or refundable.

Order(s) will be sent through PosLaju and COD (cash on delivery).

Once payment has been received, we will send the product(s) to you immediately on the next day.

All products can be reserved for 2 days only, otherwise reservation will be canceled automatically. Reservations must be made through e-mail (lov3ly.art@gmail.com).

Payments need to be made to our Maybank account within 2 days of confirmation. Otherwise, your order(s) will be cancelled.

We will not be responsible for any damage or lost occurred during shipping process.
